Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24hours in advance of the hiking, tours, excursion and transfer for a full refund.

 

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24hours before the hiking, tours, excursion and transfer starting time.

 

• If you cancel less than 24hours before the hiking, tours, excursion and transfer starting time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

 

• Any changes made less than 24hours before the hiking, tours, excursion and transfer starting time will not be accepted.

 

• Cut off times are based on the hiking, tours, excursion and transfer local time.

 

• The hiking, tours, excursion and transfer requires good weather. If its cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

 

• The hiking, tours, excursion and transfer requires a minimum number of travelers. If, its cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date for hiking, tours, excursion and transfer or a full refund
